Joe Schuler
Joe Schuler is an artisan bread baker and culinarian from Southern California. His zeal for baking artisan breads was borne out of a desire to create high-quality breads with better and simpler ingredients. He pursued his passion by attending the International Culinary Schools at the Art Institute in San Bernardino, California to expand his knowledge of savory foods and breads and earned his diploma in Baking and Pastry. After 10 years of baking artisan breads for friends and family, Joe made his dream of selling his artisan breads a reality. Joe saw an opportunity to start his own artisan bread business during the COVID-19 pandemic when bread was scarce and families were spending more time at home together. Joe loved the thought of families gathering around their dining tables, breaking bread with one another, and creating memories. His greatest desire is that his bread would nourish the bellies of the people who eat it and be a blessing to them. When Joe isn’t baking, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, his official bread taste-testers.
